  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the French bread into cubes and place in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, ensuring all pieces are soaked. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  5. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, chop it, and add to the casserole.
  6. Sprinkle the diced chicken ham evenly over the top.
