  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine hash browns, turkey bacon, and half of the cheese; spread evenly in a greased pizza pan.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
