Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until combined. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Add flour and chocolate chips, mix until well blended.
  5. Pour the brownie batter over the crust and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream and caramel sauce, mixing until creamy.
  7. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled brownie layer.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra decadence, drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top before serving.
  • Let the cheesecake sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
