1 pound ground turkey
4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup French onion soup
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, turkey bacon, French onion soup, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
