- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup espresso, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder, for dusting
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.

- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
