  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth out the top.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
