  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham until browned. Remove from heat and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. In a greased casserole dish, layer chopped meats, sautéed vegetables, and shredded cheese.
  6. Pour egg mixture over the layers in the dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
