- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, sugar, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- Spread the cranberry mixture over the crust.
- Top with the remaining crumble mixture and press gently.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
