  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
