  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet, stirring to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
