A delicious pasta dish featuring creamy sauce and the rich flavor of slow roasted tomatoes, complemented by turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, roasted
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add roasted tomatoes and chopped turkey bacon to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir until heated through.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss in cooked pasta and coat with the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
