  • 4 cups day-old bread, cubed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, cream, sugar, eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
