  • 1 cup raspberry puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition followed by the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Spread raspberry puree over the batter and swirl it in gently. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
