A delicious twist on a classic breakfast dish, this Eggs Benedict Casserole Bake is made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the bread in the bottom of the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and let it soak for 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden on top.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  • Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated overnight.
