Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the raspberries.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cookies are set but still fudgy in the center.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
