1 pound ground chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until cooked through.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add diced onions or bell peppers to the mixture.
