1 loaf French bread
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 ounces chicken ham, diced
1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Cut the French bread into cubes and add it to the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon and diced chicken ham.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and drizzle with maple syrup.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set and golden brown on top.
