  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
