  • 1 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to create the marinade.
  2. Place the Cornish hens in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Remove the hens from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for 45-50 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
