  • 8 ounces zucchini, sliced
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a baking dish, layer zucchini slices, followed by the ricotta mixture, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
