  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the turkey bacon, onion, and bell pepper; cook until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
  5. Roll the mixture in low-carb tortillas and place in a baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until golden.
