4 slices turkey bacon
4 slices chicken ham
1 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
Add the chopped spinach and diced bell pepper to the egg mixture.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces and mix with the egg mixture.
Pour the egg mixture into a greased muffin tin.
Top each egg cup with pieces of chicken ham.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
