  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
