1 loaf French bread, cut into cubes
2 cups fresh blueberries
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and add the cubed French bread.
Sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the bread.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, maple syrup, and melted butter.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the casserole for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
