- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup hollandaise sauce
