A delicious and easy recipe for an overnight eggs benedict casserole featuring turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Cube the French bread and add it to the egg mixture.
  5. Fold in the chopped turkey bacon and shredded cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and pour hollandaise sauce over the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
