Delicious and easy to make, these Pancake Poppers are a fun twist on traditional pancakes, made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  8. Remove from skillet and serve warm with your favorite syrup.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the batter.
  • These are best served immediately but can be stored for later.
