  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, eggs, vanilla, and baking powder.
  4. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  5. Spread the cooked turkey bacon evenly in the dish.
