A delicious twist on traditional potstickers, featuring a savory noodle bowl topped with vibrant cabbage slaw.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 cups napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and shredded napa cabbage. Sauté until cabbage is tender.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and rice vinegar, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Toss in the cooked noodles and mix well.
  6. Serve topped with julienned carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds.

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute ground pork with tofu.
