1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, mushrooms, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding some Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
