A delicious combination of turkey bacon, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese that elevates classic meatloaf.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, mushrooms, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding some Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
  • This meatloaf can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
