  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
