  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 8 rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and garlic until browned.
  2. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar, stirring to combine.
  3. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
